University of Maryland University College (UMUC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach, on site in Killeen, TX in the Environmental Management program.
Required Education and Experience
Master’s degree in environmental health, public health, sustainability, environmental chemistry, environmental engineering, ecology and earth sciences, environmental policy, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning. Terminal degree preferred.
Professional experience in the environmental field, including experience with policy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Certifications as QEP (Qualified Environmental Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager), CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or other environmental management-related certification are a plus.

Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred
