The CRC Water Strategies Team is seeking to fill a Project Manager, Integrated Water Resources position to support our California operations located in our Bakersfield, CA office.

Develop and implement program for sustainable management of produced water
Perform data acquisition and analysis, researching feasibility of design, and/or regulatory requirements with respect to water resources
Identify and develop sustainable water use opportunities, such as: recycle, repurpose, or minimization
Identify water value generation opportunities for existing water resources
Review legislation/regulations currently proposed or enacted and determine the potential impact of such legislation/regulation on company operations and future
Determine strategic options and advise Operations on technologies and alternatives with respect to produced water disposal, recycle or minimization

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or related discipline is acceptable
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in water resources management, with special emphasis on wastewater management a plus
Have extensive knowledge of principles, methods and practices of operation of water and/or wastewater operations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Exceptional spoken and written communication skills with employees, contractors, peers, agencies
Good time management skills to meet goals within time constraints
Ability to contribute effectively and creatively as an individual and as a member of multidisciplinary teams
Strong business acumen
Good problem-solving skills and established drive for results
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in oilfield operations with emphasis on produced water treating and disposal
