About the Opportunity
To support the growth of our Impact offering, we’re recruiting a Senior Consultant and a Manager to join our high performing team in Auckland.
Our Impact team undertakes outcomes evaluation and advisory services, and is at the forefront of innovation in social impact measurement and impact investing. We work closely with subject matter specialists across EY, with a particular focus on outcomes for Māori with EY Tahi.
We are looking for team members who have the experience and passion to assist private and public organisations to transform how they understand, measure, and design for outcomes, working as part of a multidisciplinary team across a range of industries.
You will join a team who is passionate and experienced not only in Impact but also in the areas of sustainability advisory, reporting, research, climate change, energy and HSE. Whilst focused on Impact, you will have the opportunity to learn from this array of specialists, improve your skills and develop your career across multiple service lines.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in Impact research or consulting. You will have:
- Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies and research techniques
- Strong research and analytical skills and confidence in using statistical techniques
- Strong project management experience, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deadlines from multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver technical reports and proposals.
Opportunities are available for professionals with 4+ (Senior Consultant) and 8+ (Manager) years’ experience in social impact.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in social sciences, health sciences, human factors, psychology, or business are required.
