The Mallee Catchment Management Authority is seeking a highly motivated and innovative officer to project manage salinity and irrigation projects in the Victorian Mallee.
The position of Senior Project Officer Salinity and Irrigation, will play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of the Mallee CMA salinity management programs. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing surface and groundwater monitoring programs, refining salinity investment priorities and management policy to ensure the region is meeting its obligations under Basin Salinity Management 2030. Tertiary Qualifications in Agricultural Science, Environmental Management or equivalent; and three years demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management is required to undertake this position.
This position is available as a full time ongoing basis. The position is classified Band 8 with a total remuneration package between $72,766 and $80,358 dependant on qualification and experience.
