Position Title: International Technical Expert (Energy and Water sectors) (G4G)
Location: Georgia, Tbilisi
Position Type: Short-Term; Approximately May 2018 – July 2018
ME&A is in search of a Technical Expert for the Mid-Term Evaluation for the Governing for Growth (G4G) project. The purpose of this mid-term performance evaluation is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Governing for Growth (G4G) project in achieving its intended results. USAID/Georgia will use the results to improve ongoing interventions in the areas of the business enabling environment, water resource management and energy trading policy.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education and Experience:
- Must have extensive, demonstrated experience in energy policy and/or water resource management areas.
- Experience in Georgia and/or in the Europe and Eurasia region will be an advantage but is not required.
- The expert will be responsible for energy policy and water resource management related data collection and synthesis, and for the related parts of interim/final reports.
Skills and Competencies:
- Fluency in English is required.
