This post represents an opportunity to join the WEDC team, working primarily on the SFD Promotion Initiative (SFD-PI: see http://sfd.susana.org/), with opportunities to support and develop additional WASH research areas and related tasks.
Applicants must demonstrate sound understanding of technical and management challenges related to urban sanitation in low and middle-income countries.
Applications are encouraged from individuals with a strong background in urban sanitation, urban planning or urban services, in at least one developing country. A PhD related to water, sanitation and health in developing countries, or equivalent experience, is desirable. The post has opportunities to grow into further employment.
