It’s hard to believe that today over 663million people still don’t have clean, safe water and over 2.4 billion live without a toilet. The resulting diseases kill one child every minute.
WaterAid Cambodia is looking for a Head of Programs to conceptualise and provide overall leadership of all WaterAid Cambodia programs to build coherence across the program, ensure quality of all activities and manage the ambitious plans for future growth of the portfolio.
The Head of Programs will oversee four existing program areas and enhance the quality of programs through:
– Smart program management,
– Managing the program team,
– Promoting linkages between programs and strengthening monitoring and learning,
– Lead further growth of the portfolio by managing the start-up of new program areas, through building new teams and establishing new partnerships.
To be successful, you’ll need to have:
A graduate degree in relevant fields
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organised, self-motivated and committed to role model WaterAid values.
The position is located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and is a full time two year contract starting in August 2017. The position is open to Cambodia national candidates only.
