Abt Associates seeks a qualified Research Assistant to support the Environment and Natural Resources Division in Durham, NC.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate(s) will be part of a project team supporting national-level air quality regulatory programs. Using databases and spreadsheets, the candidate(s) will assist with the analysis and summary of public comments received by EPA in response the publication of the national program. Duties may include downloading public comment documents from the Federal Docket Management System, maintaining and updating spreadsheets, entering comments into a database, quality assuring the database, and generating database reports.
Preferred Skills / Prerequisites
This is an entry-level position requiring quantitative, writing and/or research competencies and skills. Strong academic record required.
- 0 – 1 years of experience with bachelor degree OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.
