International Consultant must have at least Bachelor degree or preferably Master degree in water engineering with at least 5 years of project management experience and familiarity of small-scale water infrastructure management and construction. Demonstrated evidence of designing, implementing, managing and monitoring water infrastructure related activities and assessments. *Project Team* – The project team should comprise, at minimum, a Team Leader, Water infrastructure Engineer/Specialist (WPS&WCT), Ground Water Specialist (Tube Well), Township Facilitators, Community Facilitator, Administrative and Finance Assistant. Other members may be added as deemed necessary. The team member should possess the following experience: – Rapid need assessment for various water infrastructure requirements – Technical feasibility surveys for various water infrastructure activities – Design, planning and costing of small-scale water infrastructure, including ground water resources – Coordination experience with Government departments, development related organizations and institutions, and NGO/CSOs – Knowledge and experience on community sensitivity and gender inclusiveness – Organizing trainings and workshop for water users and steering bodies – Determination of water quality, recommendation and knowledge sharing/awareness raising – Strong monitoring and reporting competencies and experience.
