General Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Masters or higher) in a relevant field from an accredited university
- Native or bi-lingual proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in French, Arabic or Spanish highly desirable
- At least five (5) years of experience in relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working on USAID or other donor-funded programs highly desirable
