This role is ideal for someone who has recently left University or is looking for a new data analysis role within the water industry.
What will I be doing?
Joining a dynamic team of professionals within our Water Resources team, your role will be critical to supporting our regulatory compliance and supporting the development of our next iteration of our Water Resources Management Plan (WRMP).
The role would support our day to day regulatory reporting of abstraction data, outage logging, monitoring of our water resources position and support the development of our water resources strategy.
In addition, the role will support the development of the company’s options appraisal process to develop feasible options to feed into our latest water resource management plan and ultimately the next business plan.
What are the requirements?
We are looking for someone who has strong data analysis skills and an interest in the water industry and the environment.
The ideal candidate would be proficient in Microsoft Excel, be methodical and have strong problem-solving skills and initiative. Due to the regulatory nature of our work, a high attention to detail is essential.
Ideally knowledge in appraising water resource options for their potential social and environmental effects would be beneficial, however this is not essential. Training and guidance will be provided to the successful candidate.
