Background
iMMAP Inc. is looking for a Water Resource Management Specialist to contribute to the building of a project aiming at developing a drought monitoring and forecasting system for Jordan.

Description of Duties
Under the supervision of the project manager, support the project team in the design and set up of a drought monitoring and forecasting system for Jordan. Within the team, the Water Resource Management Specialist will support the assessment of the Ministry of Water capacities, support the design of the platform and the capacity building of relevant MoW staff.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in water resources management
- At least Master’s degree in hydrology, engineering or related fields
- Relevant experience in projects to managing water resources in water scarce environments.
- Experience in the region and in Jordan is considered a clear advantage.
