Offer Description
As part of the SPACE IT UP! project, the research fellow will be responsible for monitoring and understanding the ecohydrological processes associated with land use dynamics, vegetation, and water reserves using methods based on field experiments, satellite data, and modeling applications. In particular, the research fellow will develop and apply innovative integrated approaches for monitoring the interaction between soil and vegetation. The research activity involves the use of various satellite products coupled with numerical models at different spatial scales, validated by experimental field observations that support the understanding of the physical processes governing the interactions between water, soil, and vegetation
