  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $106,025 to $117,363 + super

The Water Group is currently seeking to appoint a Project Scheduler Water, the primary purpose of this role is to develop, lead, plan and manage project and program schedules in Primavera (P6) for medium to large relatively complex infrastructure projects and programs.

The role manages all aspects of the project or program schedule and is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable frameworks, guidelines and processes.

About You

This role requires you to facilitate the development of realistic and robust project and program schedules appropriate to the current lifecycle phase of the project.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the schedule on an ongoing basis to ensure it is optimal, current and supports monthly progress reporting. You will use the schedule to provide insight to project and program teams around progress against planned activities and milestones, overall project progress, variances, statuses of approved changes and remaining contingency on an ongoing basis.

You will become a key part of the project or program delivery team by building relationships and providing value added scheduling services that supports meeting project or program outcomes on time.

In addition to the above, you advance overall scheduling maturity through contributing to the development of improved frameworks, templates, processes and similar type documents. 

Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience in the development of infrastructure project schedules using Primavera P6

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in scheduling, project controls, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Valid NSW Driver License
  • Ability and willingness to travel to remote and regional areas in NSW
