WaterAid's Institutional Funding and Partnership (IFP) team is responsible for securing and managing restricted funding to deliver the organisation's programme ambition. The Priority Projects unit within IFP supports both country programmes and fundraisers to maximise restricted funding opportunities for priority funding needs.
As our highly organised and proactive Priority Projects Officer you will be the global focal point for, and co-ordinate, a portfolio of restricted funding projects supported by multiple donors across the WaterAid federation, from philanthropists & corporates to community groups and schools.
This role is a full time, fixed-term contract for six months.
In this role you will work closely with global teams to:
* Act as the focal point for a portfolio of restricted funding projects
* Monitor project progress and write inspiring donor reports
* Commission content to demonstrate impact of our work
* Actively promote projects to fundraisers and provide timely updates on funding gaps
To be successful, you'll need:
Degree or relevant work experience in an international development organisationKnowledge and understanding of restricted funding projects, including monitoring progress against plans and writing reportsAbility to manage a varied workloadExcellent attention to detail and the ability to consolidate complex informationStrong communication skills and a proactive approach
Salary: £27,830 with excellent benefits.

WaterAid is currently located at Canary Wharf, London and this will be your location and contract base. Due to current restrictions on office capacity the majority of our staff are working from home. All aspects of this including how we are supporting homeworking and the office transition will be discussed at the interview stage with you.
