The general objective of the mission is to improve the management of the assets entrusted to the SGDS (Societé de Gestion des Déchets et de la Salubrité). To contribute to this; two specific objectives are defined: * Develop effective operating and monitoring tools for the management of FSTP * Strengthen the technical; financial and administrative capacity of the SGDS in general and of the employees in charge of managing this public service delegation contract; in particular.
