We are seeking someone with several years of experience in natural environmental issues connected to environmental assessments, whether in infrastructure, solar and wind power, or community planning. Do you have substantial experience in natural value and species inventories or species protection investigations? Or perhaps experience as a technical natural environment manager in large projects? Your new role
As our new Senior Consultant in natural environmental issues, you’ll be a key player in our global commitment to permit testing and EIS and contribute to the green transformation. You will assist our clients with projects in various investigative phases, from early strategic planning investigations to permit assessments and design and implementation support. We’re involved in projects of varied complexity with both Swedish and global clients from the private and public sectors.
You’ll work in a dedicated team aimed at creating sustainable solutions for the future, made up of colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences fostering an inclusive work environment. You’ll be based at our Stockholm office with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. As Ramboll is a large global company, there are great opportunities to work with international colleagues and clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Role as the natural environment technical manager in large projects.
- Leading and coordinating natural environment investigations in both smaller and larger projects.
- Communicating with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Sharing your expertise and experiences, mentoring junior colleagues.
- Contributing to the team’s and Ramboll’s collaboration and development.
About you

- A relevant degree with several years of experience in natural environmental issues linked to environmental permit processes and EIA.
- Experience in species protection investigations.
- Experience in natural value inventories and species inventories.
- A strong commitment to sustainability and sustainable community development.
- A mindset for innovation and the drive to challenge yourself, our clients, and the industry. A natural business acumen and the ability to build trustworthy relationships.
- Excellent communicative skills in both Swedish and English.
