This project manager is responsible to provide a roadmap and execute projects, to reduce water usages in specified breweries. The solutions are covered in a detailed roadmap including information about the projects, description, investments, process changes, cost benefits, complexity, time to implement and others. An On-Site Implementation will be appointed to manage and coordinate the agreed projects with support of the experts’ team.
Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of the projects that are covered in the roadmap and agreed with customers
- To work with Ecolab local support team and works very closely together with the dedicated expert team, sales and equipment support team
- lead the projects, facilitates the necessary resources and equipment on time, reports the progress on a weekly base to Ecolab management
- spending at least 60% his time on site on coordination, engagement and discussion with customers
- Prepares project implementation schedule based on the provided roadmap with a detailed description of activities (by week), timelines, internal and external resources, equipment installation.
- Support and assist Sales team in the implementation of technical processes, new process installations and technical solutions that developed from EWC assessment
- Provide expertise and guidance to customers and employees on solution selection, equipment applications, and program set-up
- Joint sales call to customers, convince customer of the project benefits and leads and coordinates the project execution that agreed with customers
- Communicates the progress of the projects on a weekly base to the Ecolab contract manager .
- Raises issues on time and participates in exploring possible solutions. Document delays and root causes timely and precisely.
- Ask for timely help in case of conflicts, progress blockers and etc.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in project management preferably in the manufacturing industry (or similar)
- Engineering degree like chemical or mechanical, engineering, food technology, MBA or similar
- 5+ years of experience in related B2B environment with in-depth wash chemistry, food safety, food & beverage manufacturing process flow and related industries experiences.
- Able to speak and report in English.
- Clear communicator (written-verbally) to internal and external stakeholders at different levels preferably with brewery customers
- Works in a structured way and reports in a transparent way
- Able to manage and coordinate activities done by customers.
- Understand Ecolab value proposition for industrial customers
- Able to explain in a compact and transparent way to our external and internal stakeholders, the benefits and value of the offered Ecolab solutions.
- Can work under time pressure, drive project completion within timeline
