Would you enjoy a varied and dynamic role working for a Rivers Trust with autonomy in your day to day work but also with the support and guidance of a friendly team of experienced colleagues?

Are you an ‘all-rounder’ who combines sound knowledge of river and freshwater habitat restoration/management, ecology, project management and the thrill of seeing the physical enhancements delivered in the landscape?

Do you have a ‘can do’, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to improve the environment for both wildlife and people?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Officer to join us in a rewarding and varied role with the South East Rivers Trust.

You will be involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from habitat enhancements, water quality improvements, fish passage solutions, Natural Flood Management and landscape-scale interventions to name just a few.

You will work closely with a combination of team members, consultants, contractors and volunteers from the local communities.
