· Bachelor’s degree in civil\agriculture engineering
· 5 to 6 years’ experience in execution of WRD interventions
Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives – CInI, is a resource organization working for food and livelihood security of tribal communities living in the Central Indian tribal belt. This region cuts across states of Orissa, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra. The key thematic intervention areas of CInI include ‘Food Security, Water resource Development, Micro-Finance, Community Based Institutions, and Forest Based Livelihoods. With an aim to bring in a transformational change in the livelihoods and income levels of the tribal communities, CInI works in partnership with various CSO’s, CBOs & Resource Organizations to reach out to over 100,000 tribal households across the region. CInI is also the nodal agency for the Central India Initiative of the Tata Trusts. It works to develop the project clusters as strong demonstration sites for comprehensive tribal development. CInI provides technical backstopping, programme development, knowledge management and coordination support. Set up in 2007, CInI has a team of 300+ professionals located across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh Odisha and Jharkhand.
CInI has vaccancy for technical officer (WRD) who will be part of Water Security Project being implemented in tribal district Dahod, Gujarat. the project focuses on devlopment and strenthening water resources in selected cluster of villages in tribal district Dahod in Gujarat.
Location: Dahod / Limkheda (Dahod) in Gujarat

· Proficiency in using computer software for record-keeping and data analysis.

Role and Responsibility – Field Coordinator (Technical)
As a Technical expert specializing in Soil and Water Resources Management, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical and managerial support to enhance the quality of program activities related to Water resource development and sustainable agriculture. This position involves designing and implementing strategies, developing training materials, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve program goals.
· Plan, execute, and manage water resource development activities under the programme villages from conception to completion.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external agencies to ensure programme success
· You will Plan Design and execute Rain Water Harvesting Structure and Other Civil construction in project locations.
· You will also plan design and execute lift irrigation system and other civil work under the project
· Strengthen the community engagements and stake-holder’s participation in the overall planning, implementation and long-term maintenance of the irrigation assets created;
· Project Monitoring – To provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools;
· In coordination with the location anchor, provide support for Liaison with the government and officials at the district / block level to explore possibilities of program linkages and collaborations;
· Help Documenting project progress through systematic data collection; Maintain quality data/Photographs/Case studies for monthly/Periodical review & reporting
· Contribute to the design and development of training programs of community and local resource pool, ensuring the stakeholder is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
