In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the WASH Roadmap (WRM) Advocacy Implementation Strategy by mapping key members and signatories. Your insights will help inform strategic synergies, and alliances, and contribute to the design of the WRM Advocacy strategic plan for the coming years.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mapping of the 40 WRM members and over 200 Call to Action (CTA) signatories in terms of humanitarian WASH Advocacy strategies.
- Prepare and execute surveys for WRM Initiative 8 members to assess advocacy strategies, resources, and engagement in international WASH events.
- Produce detailed reports and presentations to inform synergies and align advocacy strategies with CTA commitments.
- Develop a strategic advocacy plan for CTA signatories, fostering alliances and ensuring effective engagement in key international events, including the UN Conference on Water 2026.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, communication, and quantitative skills.
- Proven experience in mapping and strategic planning within the humanitarian sector.
- Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders and synthesize complex information.
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
Timeframe: 34 working days over 7 weeks, starting October 1st, 2024.
