The World Bank is providing technical assistance to several Black Sea region countries as part of its Blueing the Black Sea Program. The project aims to improve the environmental health of the Black Sea and involves, among other things, the preparation of a diagnostic report that will identify policy, legal and institutional gaps in water, marine, inland and coastal pollution regulatory frameworks across the Black Sea region. We are looking for consultants to conduct a gap analysis of the legal and institutional regulatory framework for water and marine pollution for Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine. Further information can be found by reviewing the sample terms of reference attached to this email. We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis but encourage applicants to submit a CV, cover letter, and a list of three references as soon as possible.
We would be grateful if you could share this email and the attached job description with colleagues who may be interested.
