About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Water Licensing Officer in Water Licensing Branch. The Senior Water Licensing Officer role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating workflows that provide effective administration of the licensing provisions of the Landscape South Australia Act 2019. The position takes direction from the Team Leader. The Senior Water Licensing Officer provides data on licensing activity and provides input into the development of policy and procedures. The position is also responsible for determining eligibility of water licence applications and transfers, and dealing with the more complex licensing issues and customers.


This is a merit pool and successful applicants may be offered a role over the next 12 months based on business needs. Roles may be based in the Hills and Fleurieu (Adelaide), Murraylands and Riverland (Berri) and the Limestone Coast (Mount Gambier) regions.

Contract:

Special Conditions:

  • A current National Police Clearance is essential.
  • May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
  • Some out of hours work may be required.

Remuneration: 
ASO4 $76,561 min – $80,256 max per annum
