The overall development objective of the project is to provide capacity building on M&E and data related activities in the water sector and improving overall sector data and monitoring system. The specific objective is to Develop water sector Knowledge Management, Learning Monitoring & Evaluation Framework, evaluation system and Training of water sector staff to enhance their capacity in project management, contract management and performance monitoring in the water sector.
