Job Responsibilities
- Conduct project administration duties including event coordination, planning, participant management, materials preparation, distribution, and tracking.
- Facilitate group formation, meetings, collection of SHG share money, bank linkage support, KCC, and Custom hiring center support.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget constraints.
- Manage resource availability and allocation; develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Implement various Government schemes for farmers; assist FPOs in obtaining necessary licenses for commodity trading.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; gather and analyze information to support project proposal development and implementation.
- Coordinate with team members, monitor progress, and liaise with government officials and social sector organizations for partnership management.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in Social Mobilization, Institutional Building, and capacity building of community members, with a focus on livelihood promotion.
- Strong analytical skills including data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships, particularly with Government Agencies.
- Consultative and collaborative approach to work.
Skills & Proficiencies
- Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Science, Social Work, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively across fields in Maharashtra as required.
Reporting
- This position reports to the MD in Kolkata, overseeing a team of 4-5 members.
Compensation
- Annual CTC: Up to 7 Lakhs
(Compensation package based on qualifications, experience, and last salary drawn).
