This is to express interest for a Project Manager with experience with Water / Waste Water Projects.
The successful applicants for this role will be adept at the following:
- Ensure proper interpretation of the contract and provide technical information to the workers and other professionals assigned in the project.
- Select proper construction methodologies and strategies in collaboration with engineers and other construction specialists.
- Instruct and supervise construction workers and activities onsite to ensure compliance to specifications, building and safety codes, legal requirements and other regulations.
Qualifications, Skills or Experience:
- Professional Engineer.
- At least 10 years’ of working experience in Water/Waste Water Projects
- Must have acted as the Team Leader or Project Manager of an EPC contract for at least three (3) completed design and build of water or waste water treatment plant projects which includes one upgrading of existing treatment plant to comply with nutrient removal requirements, with capacity of at least 15 MLD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative skills, independence, resourcefulness, resilience, initiative, and positive attitude towards work and colleagues
