- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $134,445 to $148,168 + super
The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Scientist to join our Biodiversity, Conservation and Science Group division.
As the considered expert, the Senior Scientist will lead environmental assessments to inform contemporary environmental water management and decision making and support the implementation of programs and projects relating to water management in NSW.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering rigorous science projects in environmental science.
- Demonstrated experience in environmental assessment to inform environmental management and decision making.
- Relevant scientific qualification and experience related to wetland ecosystem science.
