Pragya invites applications for the following position:

Position: Senior Team Member, Programs – Natural Resource Management

Location: Gurgaon, India

Role:

a. Project Management: Help in the management of projects in the NRM domains including agriculture, conservation, and land and water based interventions. Contribute on the overall annual plan and tracking achievements against the plan on fortnightly basis.

b. Technical inputs: Provide technical inputs for the project as part of the NRM team.

c. Documentation and interface: Develop content for dissemination, and for all reports and communication with stakeholders.

Person Specification:

The person will be required to be very self motivated and should ideally possess the following:

Qualifications: Masters degree or equivalent in NRM or related sciences.

Experience: 3 years in the development sector and substantial part of it in the specific domain.

Language: Good communication skills and strong command over English language

Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills
