WaterAid is looking for a Supporter Care Officer to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives with safe water, sanitation and hygiene in the world’s poorest communities.
Working within the Supporter Care Team, the Supporter Care Officer will
Be the first point of contact for WaterAid’s supporters and potential supporters and lead by example in delivering exemplary supporter care.
Ensure all processes are in place (especially through our supporter database) and well documented to deliver an exceptional, personalised experience to supporters.
Supervise the day to day workload across the Supporter Care Team, ensuring that all turnaround times are met consistently under guidance of the Supporter Care Manage.
To be successful, you’ll need to have:
Experience in delivering exceptional customer care within a charity or commercial environment.
Experience in successfully implementing and documenting a variety of processes.
Experience in supervising a small team or other people’s work to provide high quality work, meet deadlines and deliver against objectives.
