DESCRIPTION:  The San Antonio River Authority seeks to hire a Water Quality Scientist I with a passion for the health of the river, its tributaries, and the larger basin.  Strong skills in instrument maintenance, standard interpretation, technical writing, and exceptional commitment to laboratory quality control procedures are musts.  We believe every relationship, to include employment relationships, is based on attraction to types.

We seek to recruit a Water Quality Scientist I who can utilize established technology to support the ongoing analysis of aquatic health indicators; thereby contributing to the overall success of our Environmental Sciences team.

COMPENSATION:  Salary range is $39,918.72 (DOE) plus outstanding fringe benefits which includes excellent health/vision/dental insurance packages, continuing education benefits, 401a/457b retirement program, 12 vacations days per year, 11 paid holidays per year, etc.
