WaterAid is looking for the Events Projects Officer to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives with safe water, sanitation and hygiene in the world’s poorest communities.
Working within Community, Events & Education team the Events Projects Officer will have the exciting opportunity to:
Manage volunteer recruitment, stewardship and care for WaterAid’s Glastonbury festival team.
Manage key aspects of WaterAid’s largest annual supporter event, the WaterAid Supporters’ Day.
Play a leading role in the operational delivery of Glastonbury festival and the WaterAid Supporters’ Day.
To be successful, you’ll need to have:
Sound volunteer management experience.
Solid experience of events operations, delivery and logistics.
Enthusiasm, motivation and an ability to adapt quickly to changing working environments, in the office and at event sites.
