Research Assistant II/III- Research Associate I/II/III
The individual selected for this position will provide professional research assistance in the area of water quality and watershed management. This is a one year limited term position and is funded from external sources. Continuation of employment is contingent upon availability of funds.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Assist with planning, maintaining, and/or completing programs and projects in watershed management and research; communicate to a variety of audiences on multiple platforms; prepare plans, reports and results for publications or presentations at public meetings, conferences, and for agency review; able to work outside in unfavorable conditions, and perform other duties as assigned.
Education Level Research Assistant ll requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Research Associate l requires a Master's degree from an accredited institution.
Field of Study
Environmental Sciences, Soils, Biology, Forestry and Wildlife Sciences, or closely related field.
Years of Experience Research Assistant II requires 2 years of experience; No experience required for Research Associate I
