One senior assistant – postdoc at the Center of Excellence for Science and Technology – Integration of Mediterranean Region; project STIM-REI (research, innovation and education) at the University of Split; part time; temporary contract with a duration of one (1) year with the possibility of extension until the end of the project.

Work description:
1.Applying specific knowledge in the use of hyperspectral technique of measuring various parameters of coastal water quality.
2.Applying numerical and stochastic analytical modeling of hydrodynamic processes and transport processes in coastal waters.
3.Conducting new techniques for measuring coastal water quality.
4.Cooperation with other scientists involved in the STIM-REI project in the field of water and environment.
5.Field work and conducting field measuring.
6.Ability to work in broader scientific groups in interdisciplinary studies, active cooperation in the production of publications and presentation of research results at scientific conferences.
