Project Coordinator is a part-time term position. Expectations are 25 hours per week at $23-$25 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. The term runs from early August 2020 to March 31, 2021. Extension may be possible if funding permits.
The successful candidate will have primary responsibility, in collaboration with the MRA Administrator and relevant Board committees, for development and delivery of MRA stewardship and general watershed programs. This will include stewardship activity on our 900 acres of nature preserves, water testing, river ice monitoring, invasive species management, and other watershed activities as may be required from time to time. The position includes a secondary, shared, responsibility for MRA education programs.
The candidate should have relevant experience, especially in the non-profit environmental sector, and relevant education or training. Letters of application and resumes should be received by July 24, 2020.
