The Opportunity
Leading our talented Water Resources team spread across our Shrewsbury, Redditch and Bristol offices you will be one of our key technical experts in Hydrogeology in the UK. You will provide your technical expertise and thought leadership to your team, peers and the wider Environmental Services group.
Primarily working with our key clients in the UK water sector through our extensive framework agreements, you will play a key role in the technical delivery of our projects whilst also undertaking work winning activities and contributing to our marketing campaigns. In addition to the water sector, you will have the opportunity to work with our colleagues in the infrastructure team on major flagship projects. You will also ensure the continual technical development of your team to ensure their future growth.
Our Environmental Services team has an exciting and ambitious strategy to develop and diversify our offering to both the UK and international markets, and this role represents an opportunity to help us realise our ambition.
Based out of any of our UK offices you will join a genuinely collaborative leadership culture. We will offer you a strong pipeline of work including our ongoing AMP7 consultancy frameworks. You will be provided with a range challenging projects across the UK with the potential to work on international assignments should this be of interest.
About You
You will be a Chartered Geologist/CIEEM with proven industry experience within a consultancy environment providing solutions to the water and infrastructure sectors.
You will have proven experience successfully developing, leading and working within a team to deliver projects to time and budget. Experience of leading/supporting the delivery of major bids would be advantageous.
Finally, you will have good appreciation to relevant software packages to support hydrogeological assessments for both environmental and operational services.
