Local recruitment: WASH Construction Manager

Global Build Collaborative is in search of a Construction Manager (CM) to provide support for the USAID Ecuador “Tu Municipio Responde” (TuMUNI) Activity, a five-year activity being implemented by the Research Triangle Institute (RTI), to help municipal governments in Ecuador provide important public services. The CM will be heavily involved in the planning, implementation, oversight, and handover process for construction of various WASH related small-scale construction projects across Ecuador. This role is designed to support construction planning and risk mitigation activities that include monitoring of contractor schedules and budgets, quality standards, and safety and environmental requirements.
