Job Profile

Applications are invited for the post of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on contract base to work in a collaborative (TERI-NIH-VTU) research project entitled ¿Clean and Safe Drinking Water Supply to rural community using River Bank Filtration Technique in Hard Rock Regions of Krishna Basin, Karnataka, India¿.

Duration: 28 months

Working station: Davangeri/Bangalore

Qualifications

A Post Graduate degree in professional courses M.E / M. Tech in Water Resources Engineering / Hydrology/ Environmental Science & Engineering.
Candidates with NET/GATE and research experience in the relevant field would be given preference. Kannada Language should know for smooth execution of field work and communication with local stakeholders

Knowledge on Remote sensing and GIS and Hydrogeology
