Blue Access LLC works at the intersection of water and capital. By collaborating with community members to understand local water issues, we invest in locally-driven solutions to ensure water security. 

Blue Access currently seeks a full-time intern for the summer of 2020 to work on priority issues in water and social impact investing, including identifying and addressing water quality and access issues in rural, underserved communities domestically and globally.  

Specific Responsibilities 

Intern responsibilities will include research on domestic and global water policy issues and innovative technologies, infrastructure, and financing solutions; drafting fact sheets and background reports; supporting outreach and communication to communities and organizations partnering with Blue Access; contributing content to the Blue Access web pages and social media; supporting Blue Access meetings and educational programs; and administrative and management tasks that further the mission. The intern will report to the Blue Access CEO.  

Minimum Qualifications

Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills; research and analysis experience; a strong interest in water quality and scarcity, sustainability, environmental justice, and social impact financing; and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and similar programs, and in social platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
