Job Description
The aim of this assignment is to research and gather relevant facts and messages for different target groups (i.e. different ages, cultures, regions, needs, dreams, etc.) and different topics (i.e. energy, water, air, sleep, diet, exercise, etc.). The intern should mainly gather knowledge inside and outside IKEA, organizing it in a clear structure and with excellently documented information sources.
The final deliverable – a well-organized knowledge bank – will provide a fact-based and inspirational resource for all IKEA co-workers and customers to live a better everyday life within the limits of the planet.
Qualifications
You are a curious, motivated and self-lead Sustainability or Health talent. You have experience researching complex topics and communicating that research in simple ways. You are probably in your last year at university, and would like to do an internship during Summer 2020
To take part of the internship, you have to be enrolled in an Internship course provided at university level.
Additional Information
We offer you a couple of months in the sustainability team at IKEA of Sweden where you have the opportunity to make an impact on people and planet. We offer flexibility in location and working hours, so you can be located anywhere in the world and working part-time or full-time (with deliverable timelines adjusted accordingly). During your internship you will have a dedicated mentor.
