The opportunity
Waternet is seeking a committed young professional to provide support to the AIWW Programme Team. Joining this team is an opportunity to expand your network and gain valuable experience. This assignment offers you a fantastic opportunity to prepare the international dialogue on issues related to climate change and a circular economy. You do this in collaboration with leaders of water companies, cities, companies, financial institutions, NGOs and top researchers.
The AIWW is a biennial event that serves as an international platform to connect those who face challenges with those who can contribute to solutions. It is aimed at accelerating the realisation of a circular economy, a sustainable approach to climate change, and the water-related SDGs. Part of the AIWW is the conference, the Aquatech exhibition, excursions and various side events. The AIWW cooperates with other international events such as the Singapore International Water Week, IWA conferences and the Global Adaptation Summit. In the past four editions, the AIWW attracted more than 20,000 water professionals.
A first network meeting will be held in August 2020. This is when the dates and themes will be announced.
