Responsibilities

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

  • Assist senior specialists with studies of organizational efficiency and productivity and help recommend changes or improvements in the organization, work methods, and/or procedures.

  • Assist senior specialist with identifying, analyzing, and recommending solutions to problems in administrative procedures, processes, and activities, such as records, communications, and directives.

  • Research and implement new or modified program policies, regulations, or objectives to improve regional operations and management practices and analyze to assess impact.

  • Provide feedback on procedures that establish and/or assess the effectiveness of compliance systems, such as those designed to prevent loss, unauthorized use, or misappropriation of assets.
