Serves as the primary point of contact and coordinator for multi-disciplinary / multi-agency projects. Duties include oversight, management, reporting, tracking, and communications for all assigned projects.
Develops plans of action to track and monitor project activities and prepares a master schedule which identifies required work items, responsibilities of the participating parties, assumptions of risks, contingencies and performance measurement criteria and time for accomplishment.
Coordinates with Lower Colorado Dams Office and the Regional budget office in the management of the project specific budgets and communicating with appropriate project coordinators.
Schedules and manages tasks related to major construction activities, with responsibility for coordinating planning, design, cost estimating, permitting, contracting, construction, and construction close-out phases.
Provides frequent project status reports and briefings to various Reclamation managers and the public concerning project activities, concerns and status.
