Up to 14 PhD projects available for start in October 2020. Eligible applicants will receive a stipend of £19,000 per annum with fees paid.

Water Infrastructure is fundamental to our society and economy. We need the next generation of scientists and engineers to deliver the innovation and disruptive thinking for a more resilient water future for people, industry and the environment. We are seeking applicants with interests in: Water and Wastewater Treatment, Flood Management, Distribution Networks, Blue/Green Infrastructure, Water Policy and Governance, Big Data and Computer Modelling, Sensors and Instrumentation. As a partnership between three internationally leading water research universities and more than twenty industrial partners, the Water Infrastructure and Resilience Centre for Doctoral Training (WIRe) will provide you with the opportunities to forge a career in the global water sector.
