This role will be compensated $40,000-$45,000. We have developed a payscale we are happy to share. MWA also offers generous paid time off, fully paid health, vision, and dental coverage, and a matching IRA program.

What is this role?

The Education and Outreach Coordinator acts as MWA’s outward-facing liaison for community involvement in the organization. The EOC implements environmental education programming, hosts educational community workshops, and coordinates MWA events and outreach efforts. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and managing MWA’s volunteer base. This is a full-time salaried role. This person must live or be willing to live within an hour from Melcroft, PA as this is a hybrid role (2 days from home, 3 days in office).

What experience is required to apply for this role?
