OFFER DESCRIPTION
The general objective of this project is the design, construction and experimental verification of the performance of a plant for the replacement of chlorine compounds with electrolyzed water in combination with non-toxic substances used as food additives. The project focuses on six specific objectives: 1) to design and build a flexible experimental plant for the production of sanitizing water for fresh fruit and vegetables in the form of electrolyzed water, as well as for the production of sanitizing water using an electrolytic cell possibly integrated with further technical solutions; 2) study the effectiveness of some salts (organic / inorganic) by improving the effectiveness of the electrolysis process;
