The Project Officer will be highly organized with a strong focus on service delivery and attention to detail, sound analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to priorities tasks and conflicting workloads ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality standards. You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and team work skills. The position will suit a motivated and conscientious person who would appreciate a diverse work program, including public sector governance and stakeholder management. The Project Officer will be capable of developing and maintaining sound relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, Overseeing and contributing to statutory planning, reporting and appointment processes as they relate to public entities; Provide support on a range of high profile governance projects including coordination of the Annual Report processes for portfolio entities and develop of various funding agreements and Contributing to the effective relationship management of portfolio entities.

The position will work collaboratively across a range of governance groups, Legal Services, and portfolio entities, to ensure alignment with best practice and a solution-oriented approach to governance issues is maintained.

This is fixed term position available until 30 June 2020.
