Under the direction of the Water Resources Program Leader, this position applies and develops science and policy to inform water related management activities, projects and permits that may affect fish and wildlife resources. Collaborates inter-divisionally to inform and support TPWD management activities; conducts analyses and modeling on water resource development projects; supports efforts to identify and track threats to water resources; provides technical guidance and consultation on federal and state level permits that may affect water resources; provides assistance responding to fish kills, pollution events, and natural disasters; performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures.
