Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in any stream (Preference will be given to those with MSW Rural Development) with at least 2 years work experience.
About Us: AquaSafi Rural Development Foundation(ASRDF), Hubli. ASRDF mission is to provide clean drinking water to unserved communities through a sustainable business model. ASRDF vision is to transform village dependence for daily water requirement, from groundwater to the sustainable surface-water source.

Job Description/Responsibility:
Plan, organize and coordinate all activities as required for the full implementation of the project goal, objectives, outcomes, and outputs. 
Regular and effective monitoring of the Project work for ensuring effective planning, implementation, and achievement as against the project objective, outcomes, and outputs.
Engage and build relationships with all key stakeholders of the project to garner support for project implementation and advocacy and will develop strong liaison with the District administration, Zilla Parishad officials, Fluorosis Officer, health& ICDS: PHC doctors & ASHA, AWW, Panchayat Development officer gram panchayat and members of Gram Sabha.)
Actively engage in the formation of Water committee through Gram Sabha and support and mentor them subsequently  

Develop, complete and finalize all project deliverables according to the timeline.
Timely compliance with periodic reporting structure both for the organization and the Donor.

Plan organize and coordinate community mobilization, Behavior change campaigns & events and community-led water conservation work.

Core skills:
Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email
Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, trouble-shoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills.
Must be able to Read, Write and Speak proficiently in Kannada & English. Should be able to understand and speak in Hindi and Telugu
The candidate must be passionate, energetic and have strong willingness to work for the community.
Remuneration Details: Rs. 20,000 – 25,000/PM as per experience (Performance review to be conducted after 6 months).
