What You Will Do As a Senior Marketing Manager
As our new Senior Marketing Manager you initiate, develop and implement the marketing strategy and activation plans for the leading market Water Technology. Our Water Technology products are designed to meet the specific needs of today’s water industry and tackle society’s most pressing challenges. From predictive simulation to advanced water management, we have the AI-powered solutions organisations needs to thrive.
Your strategies and plans contain the development of a content marketing strategy with the full (digital) marketing toolkit in mind such as SEO, SEA, Social Media, events, PR and media buying. You align your strategies and plans with the overall marketing strategy of both the Business Line and the overall strategy of Royal HaskoningDHV. Besides that, you manage the alignment between the company’s integrated portfolio and the preference, trends and needs of the leading market.
Some examples of work you will be involved in are:
Initiate, implement and analyse brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns.
Manage the go-to-market strategies and tactical implementations of (digital) marketing initiatives.
Commercialise our service offering by developing clear value propositions.
Manage current and protentional strategic partnerships for the optimisation of brand positioning, portfolio, innovations and projects.
Build and implement a strong account-based marketing strategy. Ensure that the ABM strategy has been communicated and adopted by the business development and sales teams.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will become part of a dynamic, international and fast-growing marketing team that serves the Business Lines Water & Maritime and Digital. A team that consists of around 12 marketing and communication experts who each have their own focus. You will also collaborate with Business Development & Sales, Line Managers and Leading Professionals, for example to develop value propositions.
What You Bring
You have proven experience in developing and executing marketing and digital marketing strategies for SaaS models. Growth hacking and growth marketing techniques have no secrets for you. You make data driven decisions across all steps of the customer journey. You are analytical by nature, which makes it easy to solve problems and you can deal with tight deadlines.
With your eye for detail, you execute your tasks with great accuracy and enthusiasm. Because you easily make connections, you are great in working as a part of an integrated team. And even though you are a real team player, working with autonomy and taking direction is no problem for you.
Additionally, you have:
A university degree in Communications, Marketing or a Business Discipline.
Experience in working in an international matrix organisation and running marketing and communication strategies and execution across different levels of the organisation.
Understanding of the sales process and how marketing can contribute to this. You can bridge the gap between marketing and sales.
