Within the strategic inter- and transdisciplinary research program Wings. The program strives to develop novel non-grid-connected water and sanitation systems that can function as comparable alternatives to network-based systems. The position supports the program leader and the Wings team in: (1) the identification of synergies across individual research projects, (2) the facilitation of inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration and integration within the program and beyond, (3) the organization of retreats, workshops, conferences (both nationally and internationally), and (4) the financial and administrative management of the program.

Successful candidates must have earned a MSc in integrative studies (environmental studies, sustainable development, development and cooperation) or management studies with interest in social sciences and engineering. First practical experience in developing or emerging countries is beneficial. We expect good verbal and written communication skills and social intelligence, as well as an excellent command of the English language.
